Bastide du Claux Côtes du Luberon "L'Odalisque" Rhône Blend 2019

L'Odalisque is an alchemistic wine made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Vermentino, 20% Clairette and aged for 18 months in a demi-muids (large barrels). 

Fresh and floral on the nose with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits and aniseed with a hint of white peaches.  The palate is fresh and aromatic.

Fantastic with grilled and chilled seafoods and oysters.
