An alchemistic wine blended from seven white Rhône varietals selected from premium sandy soil parcels in the southern Luberon Valley (Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Ugni Blanc, Viognier, Clairette, Roussanne and Marsanne). Aged on lees and partially in oak barrels, this cuvée exhibits body, freshness and minerality. It is ideal to pair with a range of foods from oysters to grilled chicken, fish or cheese. Enjoy!
