Nestled in the valley below the famous Tour de France mountain Mt. Ventoux, the energetic and extremely talented Sébastien Vincenti makes a range of biodynamic wines with stunningly purity and concentration at his estate, Domaine de Fondrèche.

Made from 50% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre. On approach this Rosé wine has beautifully intense notes of melon, tangerine and citrus with a roundness that is tied up nicely with a strong mineral finish.

A delicious summer wine. Drink as an apero or with grilled seafood and meats.
