Dom. de Fondrèche Ventoux Rouge 2014

Nestled in the valley below the famous Tour de France mountain Mt. Ventoux, the energetic and extremely talented Sébastien Vincenti makes a range of biodynamic wines with stunningly purity and concentration at his estate, Domaine de Fondrèche.

Sébastien's Domaine Rouge is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre. The nose exhibits developed red fruit and subtle spice. The medium to full body palate is long, velvety and generous with juicy berries, some pepper spice with well balanced and integrated fine grained tannins. 

Very versatile with red meat as well as red jus chicken and pork dishes.
