Dom. Sylvain Morey Bourgogne Aligoté 2021

Aligoté is Burgundy’s “other” white grape.  Less recognised than Chardonnay, it is a wonderfully bright and refreshing wine. Light and citrus-driven with a lean minerality, it offers palate-cleansing acidity with notes of crisp apple, unripe peach, white flowers and fresh herbs.

This beautiful, understated wine pairs effortlessly with seafood, salads, and soft, gooey cow’s milk cheeses.
