Dom. Sylvain Morey Saint Aubin 1er Cru "Les Charmois" 2020

Combining maturity and a natural freshness, these wines come from the 1er Cru Charmois terroir in the village of Saint Aubin.  A direct extension of the Chassange hillside, the Saint Aubin village has a rich terroir with shallow and stony soils sitting on limestone rock.  The resulting wine has hints of gunflint, a great minerality and some salinity.  This terroir produces sharp but rich wines which age beautifully achieving great balance and finesse.
