Dom. des Pothiers IGP Urfé “Hors Pistes” Pinot Gris 2023

This is an expressive and modern take on a Pinot Gris from the rolling granitic hills of the Côte Roannaise. It has aromas of ripe pear and white peach with gentle floral notes and a subtle spice.  There is a touch of freshness due to the region’s cool altitude.

On the palate, it is supple and rounded, with juicy stone-fruit flavours balanced by lively acidity and a clean, mineral edge.
